The Customer Support Representative at Sunrise Lawn plays an integral role in daily operations. This person will communicate with new and existing clientele, team leaders, vendors, and management. He or she will receive and complete new estimate requests; manage the accounts of existing customers, including invoicing; answer phone calls, e-mails, and mail communication; and perform other clerical duties as needed.
The Customer Support Representative will be an independent self-starter who can perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly duties as needed without direction. He or she will identify and solve problems frequently, communicate with a wide variety of people, and have complete knowledge of company functions.
Requirements: Associate degree or three years related experience; legal right to work in the United States; valid driver’s license; ability to pass a background check; an ability to pass a drug screening; ability to type 40+ wpm.
Preferences: Prior clerical and/or customer service experience.
Must be able to: Work independently; complete daily and weekly reports; communicate with team leaders and management; communicate with customers; master the software; perform customer service duties; perform accounting duties; perform clerical duties; and perform other duties as needed.
